Govt.work v/s PPP work for people

Dosto....I would like to share few talks from my recent experience which is not new for us Common People i.e. Mango People.
First ..While my passport re-issue with residence address change in same area, i am so glade to experience the PPP of Govt.Passport Office work & envirement but while police clearnce i have to visit 3 times & completed with prasad openly ! as per practice.What a pity ! I could not do any thing inpite of ....you understand...
Secondly, After retest certi.of my CNG tank which is OK ,i visited RTO for endorsing it in my RC book as many RTO agents asked for some money w/o any RTO Govt.receipt.I have to visit 4 times with spoiling many manhours for such a useless govtn formality w/o people friendly.I prefer to adopt PPP for such formalities like Govt.Passport office.
Why Govt.work is not so friendly ??? & PPP is so good & convinient !!
You see NH-8 , its good but too much costly with tolltax like axe !.
I am hopeful it will soon with new infrastucture.
Third, W/o facility for parking ,traffic dept. is collecting huge amount of fines from common people for violeting rules.I do not understand that why govt is not finding permenant solutions rather than increasing fine amount w/o motive fulfillment.Their work is nothing but earning motive !  My bike was picked up from roadside parking in second lane for a 2 minute park till i collect my forgotten waterbottle.When i requested craneman&traffic police he was not understand & asking for fineamount like govt.earning/business.At last he agreed my innocence/situation.At that time so many vehicles were wrongly parked which were obstructs smoothness of traffic , but who cares.No permenant solutions & everyday people are suffering .Kya e azadi hai..??
