Do something new everyday

Since 4thApril12 (on my birthday), i have joined swimming activity to rejoice my boring life of 9 to 6pm as usual of most of every indian. now after 5.5months i learned a lot & enjoying the swimming as well as it is good fo r my health. My belly stomoch is now flat !   So i suggest to every body to do something new every day If it's not possible than do it on your special day like birthday !
One of my college has also joined the same after 04 months & he is alos enjoying the same..

  1. Dear friend, i am more happy to have a good exercise habit of swimming as i am get tested with high blood Pressure with high cholestorel (LDL ) but not alaramming.With swimming i will control to safe level
